We are looking for commercial deals to fund we are direct funding siurce
we offer loans from 150,000 to 200 million
programs stated and conventional ltv 50% to 90% Rates 5% to 12%
we have down payment programs

we have been closing every loan that qualified this year because of are alternative programs .
we do not tell clients what they want to here. we just say your closing date will be on date given. thats what they want to here.
