Got docs on 11/17/2006, borrower signed same evening, no funding until 12/5/2006 as MCCA did not investor, EMC, approval until 12/4/2006... what the heck? MCCA still has not paid us 2.125% broker rebate on the file. 1st they said needed certified HUD1, (they got it delived at 9 am on 12/7), then they said customer had to make 1st payment, (customer did), still no money from MCCA, and no communication.
MCCA is HORRIBLE
