and as a result garner free mortgage leads.
This does not mean you will immediately be given mortgage
leads, but it means that by being listed in our public mortgage
broker directory, you can receive leads when people contact
you as a result of the advertising. The purpose of this
web site is to provide a national directory of mortgage
professionals for the public to secure a mortgage loan from
a local mortgage company.
One of the advantages local mortgage brokers have over
large, faceless corporations, is the personal touch. With
that in mind, we have made it possible for you to upload
a personal photo that will be displayed in the directory
along with any contact information you wish to display.
We respect your privacy and will not share your email
address with anyone.
Mortgage Directory Guidelines
- Listings will only be accepted in states where you are
physically located. Be sure to enter the city where you
primarily do business as well as your office zip code.
Both are used for proximity searches by borrowers.
- Aside from featured listings, all other listings will
rotate randomly. This is the fairest way possible to get
all of the listings toward the top of the list an equal
amount of time.
- You can upgrade your listing to a featured listing.
The featured listings will always show up first and will
be larger and colored differently than the rest.
- All listings will immediately show up in the web site
once the listing process is completed (including verification
of your email address). However, all listings are subject
to review and may be promptly removed at our discretion
if deemed inappropriate or not in accordance with the
guidelines stated herein.
